General Information
The protection of your personal data is important to me. This website is operated as a private hobby website and serves exclusively to present my own drone footage and link to my social media channels. It is a non-commercial website.
No Registration or Contact Form
Registration is not available on this website. No user accounts are created, and there are no contact or order forms.
Server and Access Data
This website is hosted by internex GmbH, an Austrian hosting provider. According to the provider's information, the server is located in Austria.
When you visit this website, access data may be processed automatically as part of the technical operation of the web server. This includes, in particular, your IP address, the date and time of access, the page visited, and technical information about your browser and operating system.
This data is used to ensure the secure and reliable operation of the website and to detect and prevent potential attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).
The retention period depends on the technical and operational requirements of the hosting provider. I have no direct control over the specific retention period of server log data.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

The video thumbnails are stored on my web space and loaded from there. Simply viewing these thumbnails does not establish a separate connection to YouTube.
Before a YouTube video can be played as an embedded video, I ask for your choice via the “Your Privacy” notice. If you select “Accept”, a YouTube player is loaded via the youtube-nocookie.com domain when you click on a video. Personal data, in particular your IP address and technical information, may be transmitted to YouTube or Google. I have no direct control over the further processing carried out by these providers.
If you select “Reject”, no embedded player is loaded on this website. When you click on a video, it instead opens directly on YouTube in a new tab. From that point onwards, YouTube's privacy policy and terms of use apply.
The legal basis for loading the embedded YouTube player is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). You can change your selection at any time via the “COOKIE SETTINGS” link in the footer or the floating cookie button.
When using YouTube, personal data may also be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, particularly the USA. YouTube's or Google's privacy policies apply to further processing by these providers.
External Social Media Links
This website contains links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. When you click on these links, you leave this website and are redirected to the respective platform.
The privacy policies of the respective providers apply to the processing of personal data on these platforms.
Contact by Email
If you contact me by email, the information you provide, such as your email address and the content of your message, will be used to process your enquiry.
My email address is hosted by Google through Gmail. Your message is therefore also processed by this service. The data is retained for as long as necessary to process your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
As a rule, your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary to process your enquiry or there is a legal obligation to do so.
Cookies, Local Storage and Tracking
I do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services on this website.
To the best of my current knowledge, the hosting provider does not set any cookies when you visit this website.
Your choice in the “Your Privacy” notice (accepting or rejecting YouTube) is stored in your browser using localStorage so that your choice is retained on subsequent page visits. This storage is not a cookie; it is used to remember your chosen setting for displaying videos. You can change your selection at any time via the “COOKIE SETTINGS” link in the footer.
If you accept YouTube, an embedded player is only loaded when you click on a video. Data may then be transferred to YouTube or Google, and cookies may be set. If you reject YouTube, no embedded player is loaded; instead, the video link opens YouTube in a new tab.
